Tips for delivering 4-H through technology and ‘how to’ videos for volunteers to create their own zoom accounts, for free.
On the statewide Town Hall meeting on 4-14-20, it was shared with us that there is now information on the state 4-H website with tips for delivering 4-H through technology and ‘how to’ videos for volunteers to create their own zoom accounts, for free. The free zoom account allows you to have meetings up to 40 minutes and up to 100 lines connected. (If you do get cut off at 40 minutes, everybody can hang up and call back in again). You may have been hearing about zoom on the news and there are some safety features that the tip sheet and how to videos share to prevent “zoombombers” (people coming on the zoom that do not belong).
