Poultry Pullorum-typhoid Testing

You will have a one-time opportunity to have your chickens, ducks and geese tested for the fair on Saturday, August 4th from 7:37 to 9:35 a.m., at the Waupaca County Fairgrounds poultry building. Due to the extremely high cost of antigen there will be a $1.00 per bird fee charged per bird. We will not do blood draws for pigeons, turkeys, broilers or other meat birds. There is no testing required for birds under 4 months. Call Russ if questions about testing 715-412-1301. If you are still in need of somebody to test your poultry after this date go to the following website for certified testers and contact information https://datcp.wi.gov/Pages/Programs_Services/PullorumTesters.aspx Requirements are subject to change as conditions warrant.
